Shipping policy
SHIPPING
- Shipping is free on all orders worldwide.
- Free shipping time is 7-10 business days on average.
- Please allow up to 3-5 days for handling.
- Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
- For orders to South Africa please allow up to 30 business days.
- Please note that during Holiday periods shipping times may increase significantly due to system volume.
- If ordering multiple items you may receive more than one package and/or receive one package before another. This is due to our various supply chains.
- With VIP shipping, your parcel is insured against damage, loss, or theft.
- We do offer expedited shipping for an additional charge for select items. Please contact us to determine whether your item is eligible for expedited shipping.
- Customs + duties fees are covered up to 25% of the purchase price (some exclusions may apply) with free shipping. Expedited shipping options are not eligible for customs fee coverage.
- We do our best to ship our items at a low cost to ensure that no additional fees are paid upon delivery. In the event that any customs fees are incurred with free shipping, please contact us at icyminded@gmail.com and we will assist you promptly.
TRACKING
- All items are shipped with tracking available.
- Please allow 5-7 days for your tracking information to display in the courier's tracking system.
