SIZING

  • Sizing is done according to measurement, not size tag.
  • When we say an item "fits true to size" this means that the item is standard US/EU sizing (the item fits true to measured US/EU sizing).

ITEM CONDITION

  • All items are in brand new condition unless otherwise stated.

I NEVER GOT MY STUFF, WHAT'S UP?

  • For non-received items, a full refund, exchange, or store credit will be provided after 45 days, at the buyer's discretion. 
  • Please alert us if your item has not been received within 30 days, and we will begin the refund/exchange process.
  • If after 45 days you still have not received your product, we will issue you a full refund of purchase price + shipping, or store credit of equal or lesser value to be used exclusively on www.icyminded.com.
