Shipping Policy

General Guidelines

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames in our shipping policy, your address must be correctly entered.  Also, you must include your full proper name. Failure to use the correct address and/or your proper name will result in delays and/or cancellation. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Handling 

Allow up to 3-5 days for handling and fulfillment. Free shipping is available worldwide. We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is an unexpected or unusual increase in shipping rates. Typical shipping time is between 14-28 business days. However, we are seeing Covid-19 related shipping delays which can impact local delivery times and increase shipping times dramatically. 

We offer expedited delivery at an additional cost. While shipping is free to you, it is a significant expense to us. We select low cost shipping to keep your costs down. 

If ordering multiple items, you may receive more than one package and/or receive one package before another. This is due to our various supply chains and stock.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled until such time that they are placed with with a carrier for delivery. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. 

Tracking and Deliveries

All orders will have a tracking number. Tracking numbers are generated and updated by the carrier. We will send all tracking numbers as they are received. Tracking numbers are subject to change. 

Icy Minded does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

To protect our customers from fraud, we may require a common billing and shipping address.
