RETURN POLICY

You can return anything you bought, no questions asked. While Icy Minded hooks you up with free shipping on your purchases, you'll need to cover the return costs.

• Got 30 days from the moment you receive your stuff to send it back.
• Make sure it's unworn, unwashed, and looking fresh—otherwise, you risk getting rejected for a refund.
• Keep all those original tags attached, alright?
• To kick off the return, hit us up with your reason for returning and get the instructions you need.
• Don’t forget to include your order number and any info that helps us speed up the return process.
• We don’t do exchanges. If you need something else, feel free to grab a new item while we sort out your refund.
• No shipping labels from us for returns.
• If your return goes missing, that's on you. We recommend using a shipping method that includes a tracking number to confirm we got it.

REFUNDS

• We’ll process your refund within about 5 to 7 business days after we get your return.
• Refunds will go back to the payment source and might take another 2-3 business days to show up.
• Just a heads-up: import duties, taxes, and customs fees? Those are non-refundable.
